Barry did a great job helping me sell my coop apartment in White Plains. I would definitely recommend him to others looking to sell their coop, he has a real corner on the market. He was very responsive to my many calls and texts any day of the week and was very communicative. More importantly, I dropped another broker not because he didn’t sell my apartment but because I didn’t feel like my listing was important enough to him because it wasn’t worth as much money as others.
